Service Agreement

Last updated: October 16, 2026

This Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is concluded electronically between the operator running the PrintFlow TR platform (the “Service Provider”) and the member using the platform's software service (the “Customer”).

By creating a membership and purchasing a subscription, the Customer declares that it has read and accepted this Agreement. For consumer transactions relating to subscription sales, the provisions of the “Distance Sales Agreement (Platform Subscription)” and the “Preliminary Information Form” also apply.

1. Parties and definitions

Service Provider: the operator running the PrintFlow TR platform, whose title, address, tax and contact details are set out in the “Seller information” section at the beginning of this Agreement.

Customer: the producer, designer or supplier who is a member of the platform. The platform does not produce or sell products, does not set prices and is not a party to the sales contract between the producer and the end customer.

2. Subject and scope

The subject of the Agreement is the terms of use of the cloud-based software service (SaaS) provided so that the Customer can manage its own branded store and workshop processes.

The service covers storefront publication, product and service records, quote and order management, production tracking, customer communication and other modules included in the selected plan. Plan scope and limits are shown on the purchase screen.

3. Subscription plan and term

The service is provided within the scope of the plan selected by the Customer and for the period purchased. Automatic renewal at the end of the period is made only with the Customer's explicit consent.

The Customer may request an upgrade or cancellation for the end of the period from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

4. Fees and payment

The subscription fee is the amount shown on the purchase screen, including VAT. Payment is made by credit/debit card (virtual POS) or, where offered, by bank transfer.

Card details are not stored by the Service Provider; payment is processed by the contracted payment institution. Access to the service is not opened until payment is approved.

Invoices and payment notifications are sent to the Customer's registered e-mail address. Invoice objections may be submitted to [email protected].

5. Service provision and availability

The Service Provider exercises reasonable care to provide the service with a 99% monthly availability target. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance and performed at low-traffic hours where possible.

Access issues arising from internet connection, browser/device compatibility or the Customer's own infrastructure are not considered service interruptions.

6. Customer's obligations

  • Protect the confidentiality of account details and credentials and be responsible for transactions made through the account.
  • Own the rights to, or have obtained the necessary permissions for, products, images, models and texts uploaded to the platform.
  • Use the service in compliance with law, good faith and third-party rights, and comply with the prohibited content rules.
  • Fulfil its own obligations arising from tax, invoicing and consumer legislation.

7. Intellectual property

The platform software, interface, brand and content belong to the Service Provider. The Customer is granted only a non-transferable, non-exclusive right of use for the duration of the subscription.

Content and data uploaded by the Customer to the platform belong to the Customer. The Service Provider processes such data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Personal data and confidentiality

The parties act in compliance with personal data protection legislation. The Service Provider's data processing activities are described in the KVKK Disclosure Notice and the Privacy Policy.

9. Suspension and termination

If the Customer fails to pay the subscription fee, uses the service unlawfully or infringes third-party rights, the Service Provider may suspend the service or terminate the Agreement with prior notice.

In case of suspension, the Customer may request reactivation after remedying the breach. In case of termination, the current period fee is not refunded; cases where the service was never provided are reserved.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service Provider is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data. Total liability is limited to the subscription fee paid for the relevant period. Mandatory consumer legislation remains reserved.

11. Amendments

The Service Provider may update the Agreement and service terms in line with legislation or service requirements. Material changes are notified to the Customer before the effective date; if the Customer does not accept them, it may cancel the subscription at the end of the period.

12. Governing law and disputes

Turkish law applies to the Agreement. A Customer acting as a consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade. For a Customer acting as a merchant or self-employed professional, the Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.

13. Entry into force

The Agreement enters into force upon the Customer's electronic approval and remains valid for the subscription term. A copy of the Agreement is available to the Customer.

This text is a template notice; in the event of any dispute, the legislation in force and the relevant official sources prevail.
